Pross先生在色彩行业从业30 年，曾在印刷、纺织、室内设计、汽车及趋势等领域的多家跨 国公司出任咨询及管理岗位。上个世纪 90 年代，在就任 Pantone 欧洲区执行董事期间，他开创并运营了 Pantone 欧洲区业务，同时成功创建了首家国际化色彩数字化推广协会，协会成员包括：Apple、Adobe、Xrite、Xerox、HP 等。2014 年，他移居上海，加入中国纺织信息中心，负责原中国国家色彩体系“CNCS”的重组、提升及扩张，旨在将其打造成为国际化的品牌“Coloro”。今天，通过新技术和数字化，他正引领 coloro 进一步实现战略扩张，将其打造成为跨行业的国际化色彩标准。

Over 30 years in the color industry, serving in several consulting and executive roles in printing, textiles, interior, automotive and trends for multi national companies and global businesses. Built and run the business of Pantone as their Managing Director in Europe and founded and lead the first international association to promote and market Digital Color Management in the 1990's, including members like Apple, Adobe, Xrite, Xerox, HP and others. In 2014, he moved to Shanghai to join CTIC, Chinese Textile Information Center, leading there structuring, realignment and expansion of the former Chinese National ColorSystem “CNCS” to become the global brand and business “Coloro”. Today leading the strategic expansion and implementation of Coloro as the new global standard of color across industries with setting new bench marks by implementing new technologies and solutions with a strong focus on digital transformation and sustainability in the fashion industry.
